Write to us here
hello@trips.naples.it is our only address. We have no public phone number, no front desk and no social profile on which to handle support: email is the channel we can genuinely read, in Italian and in English.
To help us reply quickly, put the page you are writing about in the subject line and the precise figure in the body. One line with the page address and the wrong figure is worth more than ten lines of explanation.
What we can do
- Correct prices, opening hours and fares. This is our priority: if you have an official link that proves us wrong, we update.
- Add or clarify information about operators, as long as it can be verified on a public channel of the company.
- Reply to press and editorial partnership requests, including requests for data from our transport and ticket tables.
- Handle requests about personal data, in the way described on the privacy page.

What we cannot do
We do not book, change or cancel: we are not an agency and we have no access to the bookings of any platform. Nor can we intervene on a refund, a delay or a guide who failed to turn up.
We do not give personalised advice on a private itinerary, and we do not stand in for the customer support of whoever sold you the product. If the problem is with a booking, the route is: confirmation email, the platform’s customer support and, if needed, the operator named on the voucher.
To work out who is who in that chain, the operators and platforms page lists every seller you come across when looking for a day trip from Naples.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the technical pages: lines, fares and last departures are in getting around Naples; named tickets, time slots and whether a pass pays off in tickets and passes. Who we are and how we are funded is in about us, and the rules for using the site in the terms.

If one of our pages has cost you time or money, we want to know: it is the quickest way we have of improving it.
Questions people ask
Can you book the tour or the ticket for me?
No. We sell nothing and book nothing: from our pages you go to the platform’s site or to the official channel, where you make the booking yourself.
I need to cancel or move a booking: who do I write to?
Whoever issued the voucher, named in your confirmation email. If you booked through one of our links, the contact is the platform’s customer support, not us.
I found a wrong price or timetable.
That is the report we need most. Give us the page address, the figure or time you see and, if you have it, the official link: we correct it before anything else.
I am an operator and want to correct my review.
Write to us from your company’s email domain, stating the registered company name and what needs correcting, with the link to the page on your site that proves it. We correct verifiable data; we do not change an assessment in exchange for anything.
Do you accept sponsored articles or link exchanges?
No, in any form. We publish no paid content and sell no links: proposals of this kind receive no reply.
Can I use your texts or photos?
The texts no, not without a written agreement. The photos carry their own licences, with the author and conditions shown on the photo credits page: they must be respected at the source.
How long does a reply take?
We read everything and reply as soon as we can, giving priority to corrections to the data. We promise no fixed turnaround: we are a small editorial team.
