Do Eat Better Experience is the only one of the big food-tour operators in Naples that is an Italian company with a published VAT number and guides who also work in Italian. What Do Eat Better is

It is an Italian operator based in Genoa selling food tours in several cities, and Naples is one of its main bases along with the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast grouping.

The practical consequence is twofold. First: the guides, whom the operator calls Local Experts, are introduced by name and biography on the site and speak English and the local language, while the international brands list English only. Second: you have an Italian counterparty to ask for a receipt and to turn to if something goes wrong, without going through a foreign company.
