Enjoy Pompeii is an agency based in Pompeii selling a simple package: it collects you where you are staying, drives you to the excavations, puts you in a small group with a guide for two hours and brings you back. From Naples it costs €65 with the ticket included, which puts it level with the GetYourGuide tours; from the Amalfi Coast the prices triple, because the driving does.
What it is, exactly
The published contact details are Enjoy Pompeii srl, via Plinio 159, 80045 Pompeii, telephone +39 392 000 6327, email enjoypompeii@gmail.com. This is not a lone guide: the listings repeatedly say the transfer is “offered by Enjoy Pompeii srl”, so the agency supplies the vehicles and the guide, or coordinates them. The VAT number appears on no page at all: not on the shop window, not in the catalogue, not in the booking engine, which records it only as the supplier “Enjoy Pompeii”. Ask for it in writing before you pay a deposit.
First thing to clear up: there are two sites. enjoypompeii.com is a shop window on the Aruba SuperSite platform, whose content is unreadable without JavaScript; enjoypompeiitours.com is the real catalogue, built on the Bókun booking engine, with more than forty products and prices in plain view. If someone sends you a link, check the domain before you pay: it is the same brand, but only the second shows the price list and the conditions.

The price list, by departure point
From Naples the reference product is the guided tour with skip-the-line entry: €65, three and a half hours in all, entrance ticket to the excavations, transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle and two hours of small-group guiding. There is also a version with wine tasting and lunch at €179 for five and a half hours.
On the spot, without transport, the prices drop: “Pompeii Express” €25 for two hours of guiding alone; small group with a skip-the-line ticket €49 for two hours fifteen; with an archaeologist €59.99 for two and a half hours; sunset tour in a small group, maximum fifteen people, €59.
From the peninsula and the Amalfi Coast the bill changes scale: Sorrento €134, Positano €149, the coast €159, versions with an archaeologist and hotel pick-up €179–189, the port of Salerno €89. Pompeii plus Vesuvius: €169 from Sorrento, €199 from the coast, €209 from Positano semi-private. True private tours run from €249 to €2,199, and there are plain transfers too (Naples–Sorrento €199, Amalfi Coast–Rome €899).
Two things the price list states that will shape your day: “small group” is given as up to fifteen people, and the guide is with you for two hours, not for the whole length of the package. The rest is road and free time.
How to check before you pay
The listings are generous on exclusions and thin on rules. Neither the exact meeting point nor the cancellation charge appears: the meeting point comes on the voucher, the penalty lives inside the booking widget. Open it and read: under “Cancellation policy” it gives zero charge more than a day ahead and a full charge, one hundred per cent, on the final day. One day of margin, not one more. Then ask in writing for the pick-up address and time, and whether the ticket is issued in your name — at Pompeii the ticket is personal with a time band, and the official price of the Pompei express is €20 according to pompeiisites.org.
The rest are physical limits, and they are stated: no wheelchairs, no pushchairs, not advised with back or heart problems or in pregnancy, and no public transport near the pick-up point. With very small children, weigh up the train and your own pace: how that works is in Pompeii in a day and in getting around.

From Naples the numbers are very close: €65 here, €45.50 for the best-selling guided tour with priority entry, €48.75 for the one with transfer and skip-the-line. The difference is that on the platform you see the cancellation terms, the score and the review count in plain view, and you pay inside a system that handles the refund; here you deal directly with the organiser and can ask for changes. From the Amalfi Coast, where GetYourGuide has fewer departures, the advantage of a local operator shows: see also the Amalfi Coast in a day.
Who should book here
Anyone sleeping in Sorrento, Positano or on the Amalfi Coast who wants one price covering shuttle, ticket and guide. Anyone landing at the port of Salerno with only a few hours. Anyone who wants tasting and lunch bolted on without lining up three separate bookings. If you are setting out from Naples and the classic half-day at the excavations is enough, compare first with the tours on GetYourGuide and with the per-group price list of Pompei Grand Tour.
Questions people ask
Does Enjoy Pompeii have only one website?
No, and that is the main source of confusion. enjoypompeii.com is a shop window built on Aruba’s SuperSite, while the actual bookings run through enjoypompeiitours.com, which sits on the Bókun engine. Both point back to Enjoy Pompeii srl, via Plinio 159, Pompeii.
What does the tour from Naples cost?
The “Pompeii Guided Tour from Naples with Skip-the-Line Entry” costs €65 for three and a half hours and covers the entrance ticket, transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle and two hours of small-group guiding, according to the price list on enjoypompeiitours.com.
Are there cheaper tours without the transfer?
Yes: the two-hour “Pompeii Express” costs €25 and is guiding only, while the small-group visit with a skip-the-line ticket starts at €49 for two hours fifteen and the one with an archaeologist at €59.99 for two and a half hours.
What does it cost from the Amalfi Coast or Sorrento?
From the price list: €134 from Sorrento, €149 from Positano, €159 from the Amalfi Coast, and €179–189 with an archaeologist and hotel pick-up. Pompeii and Vesuvius together start at €169 from Sorrento and €199 from the coast.
Is the tour suitable for anyone with mobility problems?
No. The listings state explicitly that the tour is not accessible by wheelchair or with a pushchair, and that it is not advised for anyone with back or heart problems, or for pregnant women.
How do you cancel?
The listings on the site do not publish the penalty: it lives only inside the Bókun booking widget, under “Cancellation policy”, and it gives a 0% charge if you cancel more than a day ahead and a 100% charge if you cancel on the final day. The rule is the same on the products from Naples and those from the coast. Read it before you confirm and keep a copy.
Does it also sell on the platforms?
Yes, Enjoy Pompeii has a supplier page on GetYourGuide: if you would rather have a standard penalty and platform-handled support, the same operator is reachable there too.
