A sole trader with an office at via Nazionale 24, in eastern Naples. The site shows no company VAT number but a personal tax code: you are dealing with an owner, not a structure. The main contact is a mobile with WhatsApp, and the email address is a Gmail account.
The “About us” page holds a small inconsistency worth noting: the heading claims far more years in business than the line two sentences below it. It is not a problem of substance, but it tells you how much more care has gone into the wording than into the figures.
The catalogue is entirely in English and the drivers are presented as English speakers. If you want commentary along the road in another language, ask at the quotation stage: the site promises it nowhere.

The eight day tours each carry a stated “starting from” price: €420 for the Reggia di Caserta, €450 for Naples–Pompeii with lunch, for Vesuvius–Herculaneum with lunch and for the tailor-made tour, €480 for Sorrento–Positano–Pompeii and for Pompeii–Herculaneum with a tasting, €500 for Positano–Amalfi–Ravello. Shore excursions leave from the ports of Naples, Amalfi, Salerno and Sorrento.
The listing for the best seller is the clearest of the set: 8 hours, a maximum of 8 people, and the price covers a private air-conditioned vehicle, an English-speaking driver, fuel, tolls, parking, insurance, the photo stops and about two hours at Pompeii. Site admissions, lunch and the licensed Pompeii guide stay outside, the guide being an optional extra.
That the rate is per service and not per head is confirmed by the conditions: each hour beyond the eight costs €50 in total, not €50 per passenger. So add the Pompeii ticket, €20 for express entry according to pompeiisites.org, multiplied by the number of heads.
The detail that shapes the day
The stated strength is flexibility on the departure time, settled when you get your quote. The point to watch sits in one line of the conditions: Italian law does not authorise the driver to accompany the visit inside archaeological areas, monuments and historic centres. Translated: inside the excavations you walk alone, unless you pay for a guide.
The same conditions exclude liability for missed flights, trains and ships. If you have a ship to re-board, agree a return time with a margin of your own, not the one that looks reasonable on paper.

The shared premium tour from Naples costs €58.50 per person for Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi: that is €117 for two, €468 for eight. The closest itinerary in the NCC price list is Positano–Amalfi–Ravello at €500 for the car, which works out at €250 each for two and €62.50 each for eight.
The threshold is clear: below four people the shared tour wins comfortably; at eight the NCC costs almost the same as the coach and gives you back the timings, the boot space and the stop where you want it. An NCC that is transparent on price and honest about the limits of the law, with a site that nonetheless says nothing about its licence, its vehicles or its insurance.
