What it is: a global reseller run out of India
In its terms of use the operator identifies itself as Headout Inc., a Delaware company with offices at 82 Nassau St, New York. Its company page describes it as a business built for the world out of India, with nine operating offices — Bengaluru, Paris, London, Singapore, New York, Dubai, Berlin, Rome and Barcelona — and twenty nationalities on the payroll. It declares more than 55 million guests served, 25 million of them in the last four years, a presence in more than 196 countries, experiences in 14 languages, 60 million dollars raised and accounts in profit. It began as a New York startup, where the registered office remains, and then shifted its operating centre of gravity to India: “built for the world, from India” is the formula it uses itself.
On Trustpilot the score is 4.4 out of 5 from more than 63,000 reviews: the highest of the three partners. That rating is about the platform worldwide, not about the Naples catalogue, which is too small to weigh on it.
The Naples catalogue, product by product
Eight products, 5,016 reviews in all and an average of 4.3. Line the numbers up and the picture is clear: two products carry the catalogue, three do not have enough reviews to say anything, and two are for a train that is not running.

The three five-star scores are not a verdict: they are one, two and four reviews. On a boat to Capri at €208 you want to know how many people come aboard and what happens in a rough sea, and that figure is not there.
The two cases where it beats the others
Reggia di Caserta. The official ticket costs €18 (+€1 online) according to reggiadicaserta.cultura.gov.it, and the Reggia closes on Tuesday. On the platform the skip-the-line is €20 and the version with an audio guide €29.90: on the same product group the other partner sits at €35. If all you want is to get in without queuing, €2 over the official channel is the price of the queue you skip in high season.

Palazzo Reale di Napoli. Official entry is €15 according to palazzorealedinapoli.org, with closure on Wednesday. The combined ticket on the platform is €19 and carries more than 3,100 reviews: it is the most reviewed product in the Naples catalogue and it is cheaper than the other partner’s ticket with audio guide, at €23.50. What not to buy
The two €15 Campania Express tickets. The EAV service is currently suspended until further notice: the platform keeps the products in the catalogue, but that train will not take you to Pompeii. For the archaeological site you use the ordinary Circumvesuviana, and the day is set out in Pompeii in a day.
The three boat trips, on the other hand, are not to be ruled out on principle: they are to be read carefully, because with one, two or four reviews you have no way of knowing who runs them. Whoever puts the boats out in the bay is in the profiles in operators and platforms.
What to keep in mind
Open this platform for two tickets, not to plan with. If you are building a day at Caserta or an afternoon between piazza del Plebiscito and the seafront, the price check here is worth something; on everything else the catalogue is too thin.

How does cancellation work?
It depends on the product: in our data three of the eight Naples products have a 24-hour cancellation window (the boat trips to Capri and Procida and the shuttle to Caserta), the other five have none. The general terms defer to the supplier’s policy and provide for no refund once the experience has started.
